Donation Request Form

Thank you for reaching out to Fat Boys INC. We appreciate you thinking of us in your fundraising efforts, and we look forward to giving back to the Black Hills community. Please fill out the online donation request form at least four (4) weeks prior to your event. Attach relevant event print materials, as well as your organization's 501 (c)3 tax-exempt paperwork, if applicable. Phone or mailed requests will not be accepted. While we want to support each organization and group within our community, we cannot fulfill every request. A representative from the Fat Boys marketing team will contact you if your application has been accepted. Please note: due to the nature of our business (production of craft beer and farm wine), we cannot donate to schools, religious organizations, political groups, or youth-based events. We also cannot include cash, wine, or beer in gift baskets or as donations. Thank you for your understanding.
