Firehouse Brewing Co. opened in 1991 in the heart of downtown Rapid City, and today we are proud to be the oldest operating brewery in the state of South Dakota. A fresh chapter in our company’s history began with the hiring of Mike Beebe as Head Brewer, overseeing an overhaul in operations from an old-school brewpub to a modern production brewery with top-level technical precision, quality, consistency and creativity. American Barleywine Aged 6 Months in Cabernet Barrels
Bold crystal malts and potent Galena hops combine with the brawniness of American Cabernet and French oak in this massive yet balanced aged barleywine. Notes of dark cherry, floral honey, toffee, black tea, lemon peel, pine resin, vanilla.
